Very professional although nothing could be done due to the equipment being so old he advised us with the best way to get sky to update us to a new platform which was invaluable to us as pensioners were not tech savvy and best of all no charge or call out fee couldn t recommend them more highly

These guys offer everything you could need to get your TV up and running. There's also options fpr budget installations if money is a bit tight, mid range or top quality installations. Prompt engineers work hard to get the equipment installed quickly and its a top rate job Prices are also extremely competitive. 10/10 really satisfied.

David, engineer, explained everything from his first site inspection. When completing the work he talked through exactly what would be happing. Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. David was an absolute pleasure to have working within our home.

Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.
